About Us

Rooted here in Las Vegas.

Salazar Electric is the latest chapter in a family trade that goes back four generations.

Luis Salazar Sr. grew up in a family of master electricians: his father and his grandfather both earned that title. He carried the trade forward, starting in Las Vegas electrical in 1999 and raising a family that grew up around the work.

His son, Luis Salazar Jr., followed him into the field in 2010. He started as an electrician pulling wire, then spent years on commercial projects, learning how big jobs are planned, coordinated, and built, and what separates a crew GCs trust from one they don’t.

In 2021, he started Salazar Electric from the ground up, with his father working alongside him. Five years later, it’s a growing team serving homeowners, businesses, and general contractors across Nevada, still run by the two people whose name is on the door.

For us, this isn’t just a business. It’s a legacy we’re building to last, for our families, our crew, and the clients who keep calling us back. Every job is a chance to earn that trust, whether you’re a homeowner hiring an electrician for the first time or a contractor looking for a team you can count on again and again
